A brand new direction for 2016

I Would Describe Myself As

It would be nice to have a woman in my life again. But I’m in no hurry to make it happen. If it does happen, fantastic! If it doesn’t, that’s OK, because I’m content with my life the way it is. For the short term, a date would be nice, with no expectations except to have a nice time. If we connect, second date here we come. If we don’t connect, you won’t excuse yourself to the ladies room and bail out of the window, will you? I grew up in a small town in Northern Wisconsin. With a population of 4,360, a big town to me had a traffic light and a McDonalds. Small town/farm, upper mid-west values were instilled in me at an early age. The most important value that I adhere to is the Golden Rule. And the most important value that makes me the proudest is being a Gentleman. Not because I say I am a Gentleman. Because I carry myself as a Gentleman, as you will find out. So I can assure you, I will treat you like the lady you are. I find humor to be an amazing trait of the human condition. I use humor to cope with adversity. I recently had surgery. It was the first time, ever, I have been in the hospital. I was a non-stop laydown comedian (couldn’t stand up, ha!), and I had the nurses laughing at my off-beat, dry, silly, situational, self-deprecating humor. Although, I don’t think the surgeon was very amused when I told another patient who was waiting for surgery that the doctor gave me a vasectomy instead of removing my Gall Bladder. That’s all for now. There’s much more to my mercurial life, like my TV days. I’ll tell you more on our first date. Or maybe on our second date. Oh, one more thing. If you fall into my arms, be prepared to be smothered with affection!

An Ideal First Date Would Be

How about going to Walmart? I know what you are thinking. Not too classy. But I have my reason. I once took a first date to Walmart. She was not too impressed. So I explained to her “Let’s just walk around and people watch for a while. It will do wonders for your attitude if you are feeling down and out with low self-esteem.” After about 10 minutes of walking through every department, she started to smile and exclaimed “I see what you mean. I’m feeling fantastic.” Just as we were leaving, a man came up to me, looked at me for a few seconds and said “Thanks. I feel much better about myself now.” Ba-da-bing!!! I love self-deprecating humor.
