I do not engage in online chat . I do like direct conversation by phone or in person. **I have not found many possibilties on this site local to my city of residence so I am exploring other alternatives now. Although I have traveled solo to several more densely populated areas in China and the UK and Mexico and can appreciate a "big city" visit now and then I am much more drawn to small towns and the countryside in spectacular and often wild natural settings.
I stay active in playing sports and conditioning and remain competitive in a friendly manner. I will work hard and accomplish most of my visions and goals but I also balance that out by making time to enjoy travel, adventure and quality time - such as streamside or lakeside fishing or kayaking etc.
I experienced a long career blending two entirely different professions . One in emergency response and incident command and the other in real estate investment and financing as a company developer and owner. The 35 years responding to over 10,000 emergencies of all types is in the past. Currently I still remain active in real estate investment and finance consulting but on a limited time basis that allows for enjoyable quality of life experiences.
I do not care for or engage in "drama". I do find great reward in helping others and the less fortunate .
