I do not care for unnecessary "drama", profanity, drug use, frequent alcohol consumption, laziness or a lack of caring and consideration of others. I have started up several real estate finance companies and now operate as both a mortgage and a real estate broker. I have been an active real estate investor since 1981.
I support several charities and youth oriented programs .
I actively pursue involvement in sports and exercise. I take NO medications and exercise frequently . I stay away from casinos & bars but I do enjoy concerts and special events and many types of outdoor focused activities and travel.
