I Would Describe Myself As

I'm very health conscious. I do intermittent fasting & keto diet. I like to cook & I'm good at it. Love swapping recipes with friends or getting together to cook & share a meal & have a few drinks. I'm a beer & wine man but practice moderation. I'm 69 & very healthy for my age. I don't take any medication for anything. I am active & am in good physical shape. Diet, exercise, staying mentally alert by reading & being involved with friends is important for a long healthy fulfilling life. Keeping a positive attitude is also essential. I keep negative people at arms length. I don't want or need a lot of negativity in my life. Life's tough enough as it is. My friends who are women find it hard to believe I'm single. They seem to believe I'm a good catch & just an all round good guy. I'm retired, own my home & I'm debt free. I practice debt free living & have done so for years. I have no idea what my credit score is. I have no credit cards just one debit card from my bank. If your looking for someone that's 6 ft., 6 inches, & 6 figures move on. I ain't it.
