Retired project administrator living a fairly simple life with my two dogs. I was raised on conservative Republican politics, grew up to join the US Marine Corps and spend almost 10 years on active duty. I kind of bounced around the country for a while after the Corps, eventually settling in Kingman AZ. My parents were here at the time. I went to work here and retired here. Now I've become somewhat of a homebody. I hang out mostly with fellow veterans and support veteran's causes and programs. My outlook and philosophy about life is not that of most women. I've never had children and for most of my adult life have worked in non traditional jobs for women. I'm more comfortable talking about sports, politics, or any number of subjects, than I am listening to potty training or teething stories. I'd rather watch hockey than do crafts. That's not to say I can't dress and look like a girly girl because I do that very well. That's about it for my intro.
