I believe in honesty and integrity. I believe in being respectful to all people as long as they are respectful to me.
I love mentoring young people. I like hanging out with young people. I don't want to be the oldest teenager in the room, but I like hearing young ideas and sharing life stories with them.
I am basically a healthy person. I eat right and exercise. I have a great work ethic taught to me by my parents and others.
I'm a fiscal conservative and I Christian. My God is the most important thing in my life. With him everything else can be dealt with.
I love to laugh, talk and enjoy others,
I like good wine and good bourbon, both in moderation.
I am the father of three boys and have six grandchildren. All of the children are grown and live away. The oldest passed away two years ago.
I am blessed with wonderful neighbors and friends, and I live in a beautiful part of Virginia.
My sweet wife passed away almost two years ago and I am ready to move forward and start on the plan that God has laid out for me.
