I Would Describe Myself As

I am retired chef as I have mentioned, there are so many ladies that seem to be intimidated by a professional chef that they shy away from a dinner engagement. There's no better way to break the ice than a glass of wine, appetizers, entree, and either a nice restaurant setting, or a personal setting. If you've ever wondered how the professionals do it you'll need to impress me with an invite to your kitchen. Things I have been interested in in my lifetime would include, aviation, hockey, soccer, football, camping, fishing, hunting, and enjoying life. I am easy to get along with as long as you don't have a Jekyll Hyde personality. I've never married, never had children, and I carry no baggage into a relationship or a friendship. As far as children and or grandchildren I have always worked well with children.
