I wake up in gratitude and I live an active and balanced life. I am into healing arts and i love helping improve people's lives. I ground myself daily with my meditation, going on walks, swimming, and enjoying nature. I love my cup of Indian chai, out on my balcony looking through the pine trees. I have two adult boys who visit me and join me for drives to the water holes and lakes. I love music and dancing, and I recently started playing pickleball!
