I'm one of those really annoying chatty, "smart" types. I can make a joke out of almost anything, spend more time in a day thinking about the nature of some obscure physics thing (scientific term right there) than I ever have about Jersey Shore. Well, I take that back, the raw, bewildering confusion of that clusterkeruffle of human tragedy has consumed my mind at least a few times. I've never actually watched the show, but do you really need to? I'm an accounting student who used to be an engineering student but then found out he couldn't handle another minute of being surrounded by engineers. No, I'm not at all bitter about all those hours of my life lost to thermodynamics. Not at all. Seriously. I'd like to be a successful accountant type, but I'd settle for blowing up the moon.

I have no idea. I sort of just bumble along and what happens, happens. Really, what do you say to this? The standard boilerplate goes smart, funny, maybe someone fairly positive (because I can be a Pessimistic Pete now and then and it'd be good to have someone balance that crap out) but as far as specifics, I can't just hash out some hypothetical woman encompasing all my weird urges which I might not even be completely aware of! Also, someone who enjoys rambling. That'd be good.

I'm honestly not 100% on exactly what I want, but I do know I'm not going out on every date thinking "oh man I hope this random chick is totally who I'm going to marry". I like the idea of dating someone whose company I enjoy, whose intellect I admire and whose personality mine meshes well with. If the whole dating thing naturally progresses to something serious and committed, that's great. I certainly won't force it.
