Ok, I admit its been awhile since I decided to get back into dating. Of course I want love a partner to share my life with. I thought it would be easy but I'm not 25 anymore and I think with my head now. If I meet you I will know and you will know if we want to nurture our relationship. It just takes one. I am fun loving but serious when life calls for it. I am kind and compassionate and add empathy to boot. But I am not someone who wants to be controlled but I would love a man who shows me the way when I am lost. As I hope he will want a friend to help him lead the way. I don't look for perfection because that would mean I am perfect. I love to be myself and I promise you can be yourself. If your not, this match will not work.
I love the outdoors whether its hiking or walking on the beach or fishing! I just started playing badminton with women from my republican club which I am on the board. It is so refreshing to have friends who have the same core and foundation as I do. It was so heart warming when I joined the club in 2017 because I could express myself honestly and without fear of losing a friend.
Its crazy out there and I don't waste my time being with people who judge me just because I am myself. Although always open for a reasonable conversation even if its disagreeable.
Ok the good stuff!!! I love dogs and have a daughter who lives in NY. And I love her too. Haha. I wish she was here but she is independent just like her mama.
I hope whoever is reading this will give me a chance beyond the first meeting. I have learned that it takes time to find our rhythm. Eating a 5 course meal is nice or having a cup of tea works for me but after that I would love if we could move forward doing something we love to do. Sometimes its not the words that count but the shared laughter and memories that create our feelings in order to move forward.
