I never imagined that I would be here at this age. I was married for 20 years and raised 2 beautiful daughters, who are doing well and on their own. I met my 2nd wife, which looking back it was an error on my part for marrying her. Not her fault at all. I was searching for someone that she wasn't and could never be. I retired medically from the Air Force in 1987 and have been wearing aright leg prosthesis ever since. I have been a working in the Veterans Health Administration for 20 years or so and have a wonderfulcareer, where I get to have a lot of positive impact. I am a God fearing man who falls short daily, but continuing to strive to be better. I don't want to be on here, but what choice is there? Without shared experiences, life is rather boring I think. In 2013 I had a kidney transplant and all was well until 2020, when I had come down with a virus, that has slowly deminished its function. In 2023 I was diagnosed with throat cancer and needed 37 treatments of radiation. This caused me to lose about 30 pounds, and much of it was muscle. In July 2023, I was declared cancer free, but the body I was left with was less than desirable. Now I am working on adding back the weight, but it's a long process. I have a great career and I work M-F. I am very stable financially and want that woman in my life who is affectionate, kind and family oriented. Is it you?
