Me describiría a mi mismo como

I grew up in suburban Chicago and taught high school biology for several years before moving to San Diego in 1978 to start law school (but mostly to leave the snow & cold). I have 3 adult sons and have been happily divorced for nearly 20 years. The boys are pretty happy and successful. Proud Dad. I retired in 2014 due to pending heart surgery (successful) in 2015. Then cancer surgery in 2016. Cancer is gone and heart is working fine so the future in bright. Other than that, I'm in good health and have no significant restrictions. I enjoy the Cubs, Bears, White Sox, Bulls, Blackhawks, Buckeyes, Padres, Chargers and SDSU. I exercise moderately and read a lot. Mostly, I'm just an optimistic guy who gets along with most everyone. After many years as a trial attorney I'm pretty much done with confrontation and drama. I'm open to trying and learning new things. Two projects take a good deal of my time now. One is organizing and scanning my family photographs going back to the 1800s. My mother died last year and left many photos my siblings had never seen such as love letters from WW II. I'll be making copies for my brother and sister and my sons. The second project is organizing my high school class's 50th Reunion in September of 2017. Having a great time contacting many classmates. I"m comfortable in shorts and jeans but will dress up (and not embarrass either of us) when necessary. Still love the Beatles and Beach Boys. I'm looking for someone who is nice and easy going, kind, intelligent and kind of tough when necessary. I'm looking for someone with some similar interests and some of her own to introduce me to. I want my woman to be my partner in our golden years (that sounds much more suitable for my parents than me). Oh yea, I have a rather dry sense of humor.
