Me describiría a mi mismo como
I have been an independent business owner for 30 years.
I have enjoyed serving my customers and making a lot of friends along the way.
I own my home where I live with my two dogs Scout and Sage. I love the convenience, beauty and variety of the Hudson Valley.
I live near the Hudson River and the Newburgh Waterfront. The restaurants and bars offer a great chance to catch some live music and to meet up with friends over a meal and a couple of drinks.
I enjoy golf, photography, skiing, reading, a variety of music, good conversation, some gardening and home maintenance and cooking when the feeling strikes me.
As I have gotten older I’ve realized just how important it is to share the values of those in my inner circle. I don’t criticize those with differing opinions. I am actually ok with hearing their perspective. However recently it seems as though the conversation can only be had and heard in one direction.
When it comes to dating I am always hopeful that I will find someone I am well aligned with both physically and emotionally. I think our basic values play a huge part in that alignment.
Being the father of two daughters in their early twenties I am concerned about their future in a world that has seemingly lost its bearings.
I specifically chose this sight because of its conservative membership.
I find too much hypocrisy and ill conceived ideas coming from the progressive and moderate left. I can’t pretend to go along with their rhetoric, and dangerous ideas and plans for our country and the world.
I would really enjoy meeting someone out there who is proud to say she is an American and understands that we must hold firmly to the values we were raised with and have lived by our entire lives.
Perhaps we may find that connection.

Mi idea de diversión es
I enjoy playing golf with my brother and a couple of college buddies, followed by some lunch or dinner and drinks. There’s nothing better than sharing a laugh about the day served up with our own brand of humor.
I love to ski although its been a few years since I've gotten away to do so. I like renting condos at ski resorts with a group of friends or couples and hitting the slopes for a few days.
However, I also like doing things one on one with friends and family as well.
The common thread in anything I do is the connection I make with whomever I'm doing it with. That's always more gratifying than the activity itself.
