I've soared in a glass-bottom plane, pulled G's in a two-seater aerobatic airplane, and zipped through the air on thrilling zip lines in Hawaii. What's left on my aerial bucket list? Taking to the skies in a helicopter and feeling the rush of parasailing over open water.
