Looking for a kind, creative, spiritual and affectionate partner for a lasting bond. I live a simple, active, healthy life with my pup, Stella - join us! She’s a playful, loyal and cuddly 10 month old puppy. Love my pup and I’m yours! Hope you are a dog owner or dog lover!
Please see me ‘fresh’, not through the lens of past partners or previous disappointments. We can all learn from our mistakes in the past, but let’s start anew, provide some grace, and create our own story. I have lots of love to give, but I need a partner who makes me feel safe enough to open my heart and be seen as unique, not a partner who expects me to repeat hurts of a past ex and always views me with that possibility in mind. We all make mistakes, but approaching them with the willingness to learn from them, as well as forgiveness and grace, are so important in building a strong relationship. It creates a foundation of trust, versus fear of rejection.
I have a long fulfilling career in residential design/construction, but am self-employed so I have a flexible schedule. I like to stay busy and engaged to keep my mind sharp. My strong interest in politics is also an important outlet for my critical thinking. I am a conservative and a long time Trump supporter.
My spiritual life is important to me. I follow Jesus faithfully. Having a dog makes church attendance more of a challenge, so I love celebrating my faith via livestreams of services/Bible study or other faith-related videos. I also am interested in self-improvement courses and webinars, that I find enlightening and helpful to leading a better life.
I relocated from the East Coast a couple of years ago, first moving to the West Valley to be close to my brother, who is my best friend. I recently moved to the East Valley, so interested in exploring this area with someone special.
I am financially stable and own my own home. I want my partner to be financially stable as well. That is an important requirement for me in a partner.
I love camping and hiking - anything outdoors - and actually completed Cathedral Rock in Sedona with my brother and a girlfriend. I also own an e-bike, but need to figure out how to involve Stella in that activity- maybe a trailer?? That might work until she sees a rabbit to chase-lol.
Although very energetic and active, I also love being at home for quiet times, like enjoying a nice dinner (I’m a good cook) and a movie. Or working together on house projects-I even like painting. I also like working in my small yard and do all of my own yard work. Outdoor picnics or star gazing in scenic spots are also favorite activities.
Love attending live theater, music and cultural events. I was a member of several local theaters and the Boston Symphony when on the East Coast, so looking to explore the possibilities here in AZ as well. Love watching sports as well, like SunDevils baseball. I am always open to try new things!
