Lifelong New Englander in the process of a cross-country move to AZ (apologies if I don’t respond right away, this move has been all consuming!).
Independent, but would love the company of someone special to share life and have fun.
Driven and competitive, professionally, but easy going/caring/honest, personally, with a good sense of humor. Very active and in good shape/health.
Self-employed as Project Director/Sales in high-end residential design/construction. Had previous career in technology.
No kids, but a ‘favorite Aunt’ with a small, close family. I am moving to AZ to be near them, but need to make new friends here, since I left my social circle back East.
Just moving in, so very busy now settling into my new house in the desert while still working remotely on projects (self-employed), but will make time soon to discover all AZ has to offer.
Enjoy Politics (paleo conservative), walking/hiking/enjoying nature, interior design, gardening, reading, museums, antiques, gourmet cooking, reading, long rides to nowhere. Love international travel, especially Europe. Adore all animals - my dog passed away several years ago and considering getting a puppy.
Hoping to find someone to share experiences and have fun, so an adventurous spirit is a must. We don’t need to match on all interests, but being open to try new things is important, as is being ambitious, active and a good conversationalist. Emotional maturity, particularly at our age, is key to a good relationship. I’m fit and mindful of my appearance, so prefer someone who has this outlook as well.
A sense of humor is greatly appreciated - laughing is great stress relief! Not mandatory, but would prefer someone with a similar educational level/background.
