I Would Describe Myself As

Seems like all these sites are the same. Women posting pictures of dogs, cats, kids, cars and such. I am not interested in all that just looking for a good woman. I know guys do this sort of thing too. Not sure why when women are only interested in seeing what we look like. Now I would like to have a woman who is drama free and like to work in a garden, plant flowers and such. Hopefully she would like to do things with me and share time together. Take weekend trips and maybe go fishing and such. I am retired and make a good living on my retirement. I pay for my own things and don't require a woman for financial assistance. I am single and live alone in my own house. I put out a small vegetable garden and plant flowers to see what all I can grow. I had one son who is married and they have a little girl. I have two brothers and their wives. That is my family. I don't tolerate smoke very well so no smokers please. I don't have pets and don't really care for any now at my age. I have had dogs and cats all my life and now don't want the trouble and expense. Not that I don't like dogs or anything just don't want one at this time in my life. I do my own laundry, cook, clean, make my bed, mow my own yard, and try to maintain a high level of hygiene. I brush my teeth everyday and keep my beard and hair clean. I served over 39 years in the Army but, was disciplined by my parents while growing up. I never had long hair as a kid and joined the service right after high school. So, I want to experience long hair and it helps to cover some scars on my scalp. I know there are a lot of women who don't like long hair on a man but I assure you I keep it clean. I was raised a Christian and am still spiritual but do not attend church at the moment. I have attended 3 different organized churches and all 3 split and went through a lot of internal turmoil. That kind of turned me against organized religion. I hope my honesty shows with my little post here. If you wish to know more just ask me and get to know me better.
