Currently remodeling small 600 sq ft, Story book home, overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. Finish date is Sept. 15th. 2 tier, with boat ramp access. Beautiful sunsets with a partially covered deck. Terraced landscape with option to grow medicinal herbs or raised gardens. Sits on two lots. Quiet area, with a zen like feel. Small full bath and kitchen. Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher...NO OVEN...but will have air-fryer and plate warmers for cooking stove top..
