Depends on the personality type really. I look for common interests and trying new, unconventional things as well. Dining at a new place is always high on the list. My cuisine tastes are simple and corporate dining is great because its predictable, however I prefer to forge relationships with owner/operators/family ventures and support entreprenurial efforts in my community. I'm pretty loyal in that regard. I have great admiration for courageous people, especially those with fortitude and faith.
