My goal and aspiration is to educate and help others prevent illness and heal the body through safe, natural and proven use of nutrition, raw foods, superfoods, essential oils, herbs, nutraceuticals, Bach flower remedies, the seven healing frequencies, homeopathic remedies & other alternatives.
My love languages are Touch followed by words of affirmation and acts of service.
I cannot sing in tune to save my life but still enjoy singing.
I enjoy animals, nature, and exercise and it would be a bonus to have a companion that would participate in these interests.
