The rules for saving lives are simple. 1st, you must be safe and secure yourself, and then you can save your loved ones and others.

I think stressing about others leads to unhealthy eating/drinking habits. Eating highly processed foods that contain seed and/or vegetable oils, sugar, corn syrup, and man made chemicals that our body can't process. Seed and/or vegetable oils, sugar, and corn syrup are stored in our body as fats. Man made chemicals attacked that cause our chronic diseases. Our body is built to process natural food to nourish ourselves.

What is Science?

Dogma is when we can't Question Science!
As Dogma killed the Spirits of Religion!

I values experiences over materials. I have two daughters, 20 in college and 16 in high school who I instill my values. Since they were little, we traveled 3-5 times a year to various US cities and various places to experience our great nation diverse cultures. Every 3-5 years we traveled outside the US to experience how other countries are living their lives. *We're always grateful to be back in the US, "land of the free and home of the brave."
