I Would Describe Myself As

I was born and raised in Southeast Michigan and still maintain relationships with my childhood friends. I have two adult children who live on their own out of state. We see each other as much as work and life will allow. I love family and traditions, and am loyal and supportive to those I love.

I’m active in Republican Macomb County politics and have campaigned for my state rep and senator, who both won their races. I love my job in communications, own my home and am self-sufficient. I’m a cycler, paddleboarder/kayaker, downhill skier and love the outdoors. I’m not an expert in these sports by any means, but I enjoy spending my free time this way. I also love going out and socializing, dinner and cocktails, concerts and live local music.

I’d like a partner who shares the same interests, who’s easy-going, social, and on the same page politically. I’m looking forward to getting to know someone who already has the same beliefs and values. I’m hoping he likes to stay somewhat active, especially when the weather is nice. In Michigan, it’s a toss-up, so we have to take advantage of the nice days.

Life is a gamble, but I’m willing to take a chance to get it right.
