I am in the best chapter of my life. Retired, single and financially secure.. Yay for hard work! Wow, that makes me solely responsible for my own schedule! When or will I get up? How will I spend my day? Who will I spend it with? All important questions. Then of course, I may do nothing at all, but have a pajama day, a glass of wine, pop some popcorn and watch a good movie or two. What a life!
A few interesting tidbits. I am drama free, independent, knows when to zig and when to zag, buys her shoes without permission or guilt, knows how to say no, and hell no too! Also, a woman of femininity who loves bubble baths, kissing in the rain, romance novels, and has a Victoria’s Secret charge card!
So what am I looking for beyond tall, good looking, sexy as all hell, and a great kisser? Oh, and great in the sack! What else is there?
Well how about a man, whose’s heart is still open to love, who is not a player, who says what he means, and who can communicate without grunting, for starters. Then there’s that sense of humor that makes me laugh and giggle. Wanting to stay in touch throughout our day, just to say hi, I am thinking about you or a funny thing just happened and I wanted you to be the first to know! Who sends me a morning text just to make me smile! And that good night text that tells me to sleep well. A man who is thoughtful, considerate, and shows compassion for others. A man who’s got himself together! He’s active, healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. He knows how to dress for a date, whether it be casual or formal. Knowing when to leave the walking shorts, flip-flops and the hawaiian shirts home along with the jeans that he’s worn for days that could stand up on their own! He’s not intimidated by a strong, independent and affectionate woman who wants to give her heart to a good and decent man.
So those are few of my starters. Boy, have I come along way in what I’m looking for. Back in the day all you needed to catch my eye, was to have a swagger,a flashy smile and know how to kiss me! But then again, I was only 17! When did life get so damn seriously complicated when looking for a partner?
