If you've stopped..that's a start and ya just never know unless you take a chance. I am a very young 60. Very active and pretty healthy lifestyle but not to the point where I do not enjoy life and the fun of going out with friends..outdoor concerts and anything to do with water..lol! The beach is definitely my happy place. Everyone has "life" going on so there's really no "perfect" scenario when it comes to personalities. I guess the key is finding the one that fits.
